As a new homeschool mom, I was overwhelmed when it came to choosing a curriculum for my young girls. We fell in love with Sonlight when we started homeschooling many years ago. Through the seasons of our life, our children transitioned back into a traditional school. Recently, we returned to homeschooling using Sonlight. Our first year at home was a challenge. After four years in the public school system, our children had some gaps in education. I mistakenly thought another curriculum would help. Sitting in a history lesson a few weeks ago, both discouraged, my daughter said she missed our Sonlight days. As it turns out, so did I.
