Video Guidelines:

• Format: Record in landscape/horizontal mode.
• Lighting: Film facing a window with as much natural light as possible and only use white light. Natural light is preferred, but ensure your area is well-lit to avoid shadows or glare.
• Camera Position: Keep your camera at eye level or slightly above and look directly into the lens.
• Audio Quality: Ensure your audio is clear. Use a quality microphone on your device or an external mic if needed. Test for echoes and minimize background noise.
• Appearance: Wear modest, non-distracting clothing, make-up and hair.
• Background: Choose a clean, uncluttered, and non-distracting background. Avoid filming with a bed behind you or in areas where people or pets might walk through the frame.
• Framing: Position yourself in the center of the frame with a bit of space above your head. Avoid cropping too close or too far away.
• Stability: Use a tripod or stable surface to keep the camera steady and prevent shaky footage.
• Test Everything: Do a quick test recording to check lighting, sound, and framing. Review and make adjustments as needed.
• Be Authentic: Speak naturally and with enthusiasm—your passion for homeschooling will shine through!
• Quiet Environment: Record in a quiet space to minimize interruptions and background noise.
• Prepare Your Thoughts: Jot down key points or practice what you want to say to stay focused and confident.
• Length: Keep videos to 10 minutes or less.
