Payment Plans Terms & Conditions

• The down payment is 40% of the order total.
• The down payment amount of your order will be AUTHORIZED on your credit card until the order is shipped, at which time that amount will be CHARGED.
• The order balance due on your account will be divided into 3 equal payments over the course of the chosen payment plan schedule during checkout.
• You grant permission to obtain a credit report using your Social Security Number (Your Social Security Number will not be stored. It is just used long enough to access your credit score.)
• You agree to the Terms & Payment schedule listed below.

Terms & Payment Schedule

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER WITH A PAYMENT PLAN:

By selecting a Payment Plan option and clicking on the Place Order button at the checkout screen:

• You authorize Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. to determine your creditworthiness by obtaining your TransUnion FICO score. This will require you to provide Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. with your full name, Social Security Number and previous address (if you have lived at your current address for less than one year).
• You authorize Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. to AUTHORIZE the down payment amount of the order which will be CHARGED at the time of shipment. A pre-authorization will stay in effect until the first installment has been successfully processed. The down payment will be 40% of the total due for 3, 6, 9, and 12-month plans.
• You authorize Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. to divide the balance due on your account into 3 equal payments. (Due to rounding, the final payment may be $0.01 more or less than the other payments.)
• You authorize Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. to: For the 3 Month Payment Plan: Charge the 3 remaining payments to your credit card every thirty (30) days, beginning thirty (30) days after your order was shipped. For the 6 Month Payment Plan: Charge the 3 remaining payments to your credit card every sixty (60) days, beginning sixty (60) days after your order was shipped. For the 9 Month Payment Plan: Charge the 3 remaining payments to your credit card every ninety (90) days, beginning ninety (90) days after your order was shipped. For the 12 Month Payment Plan: Charge the 3 remaining payments to your credit card every one hundred twenty (120) days, beginning one hundred twenty (120) days after your order was shipped.

Only one outstanding Payment Plan order per customer is allowed.

Furthermore, you authorize Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. to obtain a pre-authorization on your credit card for the entire amount of your order. The pre-authorization will stay in effect until the first installment has been successfully processed.

In order to determine your creditworthiness, you authorize Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. to obtain a copy of your credit report.

You understand that Sonlight Curriculum, Ltd. reserves the right to deny Payment Plan applicants at its discretion. If for some reason we deem you unqualified for a Payment Plan option, we will contact you to arrange a different form of payment.
