Brian Wasko
Brian Wasko founded WriteAtHome in 2001 to help homeschooling teens improve their writing skills. Guided by his many years of experience in public, private and homeschool education, Brian created a curriculum and pioneered an approach to teaching writing that is uniquely effective. Currently the content creator for the WriteAtHome Blog, he's also a popular speaker at homeschool conventions. In addition to his work in education, Brian has served in local church youth ministry for many years. He and his wife, Melanie, and their four homeschoooled daughters live in Virginia Beach, Va.
Tom Clark
Tom Clark is a lifelong teacher of math and science, with 46 years' experience in education at all levels. He began his career as a classroom teacher and went on to serve as the State Mathematics Supervisor for the Indiana Department of Education. He has earned several prestigious teaching awards, authored math resources for major publishers, and become a sought-after speaker at conferences across the country. For nearly two decades, he has focused on developing multimedia programs that combine technology and instruction. Tom is convinced that everyone can understand math. He and Alice have been married 40 years, with two children (the first to benefit from Tom's kitchen table math talks) and six grandkids.
Debbie Miller
Debbie Miller is a homeschool mom who has successfully taught math for more than 20 years. She began her career with an economics/statistics degree at the Census Bureau in 1989. Several years later, she transitioned to an at-home green pea counter and cough syrup measurer for her kids. Through the years, her math skills and comfort with the subject have made her a popular resource among friends near and far. Two high schoolers and two homeschool graduates later, her children's endeavors include nuclear power technician, mathematical physics student, peer math tutor and performance dancer. Debbie and family have been Sonlighting since 2000. They reside in southwestern Colorado.
