Backorder Status

Backorder Shipping Policy

• Once we receive your order, we strive to send you each item as soon as possible.
• We will first send you one shipment of all the in-stock items.
• Then, we will wait to send you a second shipment until all the backordered items are available.
• Backordered items of a month or longer will ship as they become available.

International Shipments

For international shipments, Sonlight will hold orders containing backordered items for up to four weeks in order to ship all possible materials together.

Drop-Shipped Items

We special order a few items--such as less common Rosetta Stone^® packages--as needed. These items are not backordered, but it will take an extra 10 business days for your items to ship.
