Charlie Campbell believes we should be able to provide one-minute answers to common questions posted to Christians by skeptics.
Some of the questions Campbell address:
- What evidence do you have that there is a God?
- Hasn't the Bible undergone corruption as it was translated hundreds of times down through the centuries?
- If God is so loving, why does He allow evil and suffering?
- How can a loving God send somebody to hell?
- Doesn't the Bible have scientific errors in it?
- Can God make a rock so big that He cannot move it?
- Why aren't dinosaurs mentioned in the Bible?
- Isn't being a good person enough to get to heaven?
An excellent tool for any Christian wishing to prepare for the secular world. Very inspiring! Pb.

I am very disappointed with this book. I was expecting a book with answers for the non believers, but found instead many attackts to the Catholic Faith. Thanks to this book I started using Seton homeschooling for all that involves religion, but I think it is very sad that after 2000 years of Christianity we still can not work together for The Kingdom.

The answers given are short enough that you really could give them in a minute, while the endnotes often have other scripture references or other resources you could go to for more information. This really is meant to be a "seed planting" kind of book -- a brief hip-pocket response to a wide variety of objections, and it does a good job at that. The answers relating to salvation are definitely not written from a reformed perspective, which was a big negative for me.

After having read this book, I see why people like Charles Colson, Dr. Norman Geisler, Jeremy Camp, Nancy Leigh DeMoss, Chuck Smith, and so many others have endorsed it! Charlie Campbell tackles skeptics' most popular questions regarding the Christian faith with such clarity and conciseness it has proven to be invaluable, not only strengthening to my faith, but great equipping for evangelism. I couldn't recommend it any higher! It is also a great book to give away to a nonbeliever.
