For Sonlighters living or traveling outside the U.S.A., this "international" version of the Ultra 250-40 microscope (above) has all the same features, plus works virtually anywhere in the world.

"Continuously variable voltage" design adapts to any power source from 85-265 volts. A durable halogen bulb handles the range of current (gets a bit warmer than the 250-40).

We set out to design the microscope that we would want to use, then found a manufacturer who would make it for us to our exacting specifications. Now we buy these instruments in huge quantities... and pass the savings on to you.

This microscope is for use for customers who already have an adapter and a special plug is not necessary. Due to the wide variation in voltage in other countries, all international microscopes will be shipped with halogen bulbs as a replacement for fluorescent bulbs.
