If you have ordered but do not have a Sonlight account and want to update your account information, please email main@sonlight.com or call customer relations at (303) 730-6292 between 9:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday (Mountain Time) to inform us of your updated information.
If you have a Sonlight account, you can easily update your account information by clicking Update My Contact Information after signing in to your account. If you change your email address, you will be able to sign in with the new email once you have updated your account.
To update your email address in your Sonlight account, please click Update My Contact Information and change your email address and click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
To update the email address to which we send your email subscriptions, you will need to click on the "Change Your Subscription" link at the bottom of a recent email we've sent to you or send an email to main@sonlight.com with your new email information. A customer service representative will be happy to manually update your email address.
If you have a Sonlight Forums account, you will need to update your email address on the forums as well. It is important that your email address in your Sonlight account matches your email address on the Sonlight Forums, otherwise, your badges and forum access cannot update properly. To change you email address on the Sonlight Forums, click Edit Email and Password from your User CP while logged in.
Once you have made the change to your email address in your profile, the Forum system will send an activation email to the new address you have listed. The purpose of this is to verify that the system can communicate with your email address. Click on the link provided in the email to re-activate your forum account.

Sending email to you is something we take very seriously. We wish to be careful that we don't send email to folks who truly don't want to hear from us, but do send email (and snail mail) to you if you are truly interested.
In that vein, we have a number of ways for you to ask us *not* to send you mail or email. Keeping that in mind, these are a couple reasons why many of you may not receive email from Sonlight:
What can you do *now* to be sure to receive future emails?
If those questions are already set to "YES", then it is likely we send you the email. Please be sure to check spam/junk folders and add main@sonlight.com to your safe email list.
If you are using the same email that you previously used when you first registered for your Sonlight account, you can have your password sent via email. Do be aware that some email accounts sometimes see Sonlight emails as SPAM, so make sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email.
To receive your forgotten password, go to our password request page.
If you are using a different email address than the one you used to register originally, you will not be able to automatically receive your password. Simply call Sonlight at (303) 730-6292 or send an email to main@sonlight.com and request your password information. A customer service representative will be happy to send you the information.
