Occasionally, items do become unavailable and are removed from our website even though they are in our most current print catalog.
If you receive an "Invalid Item Number" message on your "Order by Item Number", first check to see that you are typing the item number correctly. Also make sure that you are not including the number symbol (#) and that all 0's are being typed as zeros. We do not include the letter 'o' in any of our item numbers.
If you are using the correct item number, the item or book may have gone out of print or is no longer available through Sonlight Curriculum. Please check our Curriculum Updates List where you may find more information.
Note: In 2011 we changed many of the Core, Language Arts and Science Programs to now have letter names instead of numbers in their title. This helps show that each works well for a range of ages and grades. As a result, we assigned new item numbers to many products and packages. If you are using a pre-2011 catalog, please know that many item numbers no longer valid.
We do indeed have items for purchase that are not listed in our catalog. Please visit our Website Exclusives page to see these items.
For the most part, web exclusive items have either been dropped from the catalog, or are so new that they haven't been added to the catalog yet. But there are some products on this list that have simply never made it into the catalog — even though we've offered them for some time and plan to continue to offer them.
Note: If you are looking for a product that you discover is neither in our catalog NOR on our web exclusives list, then we do not carry it.
Since our catalog is only printed once a year, the prices of individual titles are subject to change without notice. Sometimes we must raise our prices due to fluctuating vendor prices, but we may also offer discounts that are not reflected in the catalog if we negotiate a better deal with a vendor. The prices indicated online are correct.

We send coupons at our discretion and for a variety of reasons. If you receive a coupon, you may apply it to a new order. Simply type the code in the designated coupon box on the checkout page or write it in the appropriate box on the order form found inside your catalog.
If you enter your coupon online and you receive a message that the coupon number is invalid, please put the coupon number and dollar amount in the online order comment box just before pressing the purchase button. We will manually adjust the amount of your order when we receive it. Be aware that the coupon will not show on your automatic email order confirmation, but you will be able to see your discount when you view your personal cart order history.
