You have to be kidding me. Homeopathy is "ungodly"? You mean using the actual plants given to us by God to be used for our lives, is now somehow "ungodly"? Sounds to me like there are some preachers who have gone off the deep end with their messages. I guess my grandmother putting aloe on my sunburn must have been witchcraft. sarcasm of course.

I was very surprised to see this book available for sale through Sonlight!

Occult? UnGodly? I must admit I am taken aback. Homeopathy heals without harm. I would be very curious as to why this book was given no stars. Our God is not a god of fear. Please explain. Thank you.

I read this and other books in the past before I realised and agree that homeopathy is a controversial subject and many christians have decided after delving into its roots that it is not Godly. Many concuding that it is in fact of the occult.
There are other fantastic herb books on God-given herbs that heal, organic healthy eating etc that one could study. I would prefer to see books in that direction been promoted on Sonlight.

I was a bit curious as to why Sonlight would sell this book. Knowing absolutely nothing about homeopathy, I decided to buy it and learn. Not too far into reading it I became skeptical about the entire process of making homeopathic medicines and concerned about the safety of ingesting natural poisons - even if diluted. A lot of common sense seemed to be lacking. I then spoke to a Chemistry/Science teacher friend of mine who is all for organic, healthy alternatives. She reviewed the book for a few days and gave me her report. A few of the medicines mentioned might indeed be helpful, but the book is hopelessly outdated and contains quite a bit of untrue information. She suggested a more accurate and up-to-date book if I want to pursue my education of homeopathy. For these reasons I give this book 0 stars and would not recommend it.

A wonderful first book on homeopathy!! I highly recommend getting this book. Homeopathy has changed our lives, along with eating a whole foods diet. It has kept us out of the emergency room and has saved us from doctor's visits. I am all about doing things as naturally as possible. I firmly believe that God gave us everything in the world that we need in order to thrive. It is up to us to discover the natual things He has placed here for us to use! What a an awesome God we have, that He would give us "medicines" without side effects!!
