Will my child read all of the books contained in a Multi-Subject Package independently?

Thus, Sonlight Curriculum does require a lot of reading. However, in the Multi-Subject Packages and Core programs, much of the reading (History books and Read Alouds) is done by a parent or an older sibling. We know that children love to listen to stories. By simply listening to a story, children learn about language, sentence structure, vocabulary and life. Another reason parents or older siblings read the History books is because they are often written at a reading level that is higher than your student may currently possess. However, children are able to comprehend material they don't have the ability to read themselves, and these books engage your children and help spark a love for learning.
