My son and I both hated this book. We read it though, knowing it would be a little bit of propaganda. I believe it is in the best interest in raising children who can, and do recognize when something is fact and something is opinion. I was suprised at the inclusion, but frankly this year has raised many new questions for me about the choice of sonlight.

My kids loved this book. What a great way for my kids to learn science...through a good story. Thanks Sonlight!

A little dry for this age group, although my daughter was on the bottom of the recommended age range. Also very one-sided. But it is great to read about the impact of women scientists as well as men.
