Diary format story of Valley Forge from the point of view of a corporal. Line drawings in the margins display weapons and other equipment of the times. Quick read.

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Valley Forge was cold! So cold, the men had to stand on their hats. We won't forget the sacrafice these men made, for sure!
