Please note that in Week 27 Discover & Do, Level 4 Track 74 is scheduled on Day 1 in which Justin shows you how to make 12 petri dishes. This step is necessary if you plan to do the Optional Experiments described on p. 33 and p. 50 of The Complete Book of the Microscope, however you will only need to prepare 3 petri dishes.
