Mountain Time (GMT-7) 5pm
Pacific Time (GMT-8) 4pm
Alaska Time (GMT-9) 3pm
Hawaii Time (GMT-10) 2pm

Note that Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa do not follow Daylight Savings Time. During Standard Time, Arizona is at the same time as Mountain Time. During Standard Time, Hawaii is 2 hours behind Pacific Time, but during Daylight Savings Time it is 3 hours behind Pacific Time. (7/2009)
